I apologize for the frank speech, but it must be said: President Elon Musk is a miserable, perverted sadist and DOGE is rotten, corrupt, and evil. I would gladly snuggle with ”Sloppy Steve” Bannon in the MAGA Civil War to save America from whatever the fuck this ketamine addict is doing to the American government.
Mr. Musk’s co-president, Donald Trump, is trying to wreck his own economy with more tariffs, threatening to ethnically cleanse Gaza, selling out Ukraine, and taking over the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts (because he now claims to dislike drag, despite having previously performed in a drag act with America’s Mayor Rudy Giuliani), but he cannot seem to escape Mr. Musk’s shadow or disrespect.
Even at the Super Bowl, Mr. Trump’s attendance was diminished by Taylor Swift, Kendrick Lamar, and Samuel L. Jackson. Mr. Trump may be a rare type of lame duck: a rabid one, but however ferociously he flaps his bill, no matter what dangers his words and actions threaten—he still appears weak and marginalized inside his own government.
I must confess: When I saw Mr. Musk’s child, X, tell Mr. Trump to “shut up” and “leave” because he was “not the real president” and “need[ed] to go away,” some new affection for the bad orange man welled inside me. I never thought a day would come that I pitied this detestable fool. The sagging old game show host, who once aspired to be an “alpha male,” is now publicly bullied and pushed around by a nerd and baby—in his own Oval Office! His spotlight and authority were stolen by a richer man, dressed as if he were on his way to some gothic-industrial club in a black cap, t-shirt, and long coat.
(To be clear, Mr. Musk is persona non grata at every goth night in the Nation’s Capital.)
Frankly, this is elder abuse. It must stop immediately. I have long said that Mr. Trump is a bitch—but I never wanted to see him this emasculated. After all, I am a patriot and wish America to retain some dignity on the world’s stage.
At this hour, Mr. Musk’s DOGE is laying off workers at the “Department of Education, the Small Business Administration (SBA), the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and the General Services Administration (GSA).” The legality of this is not clear, but Vice-President James David Vance has indicated already that the second Trump Administration could be lawless and defy the courts. We are risking constitutional crisis and severe hurt to tens or hundreds of thousands of hard-working civil servants, purely because Mr. Trump is too weak to tell his new boss “no.”
